  1. You need 2 of medium size tomatoes chopped.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of curd.
  3. You need 2 tbspn of fresh grated coconut.
  4. It's 2-3 of green chillies.
  5. Prepare 2 of byedgi chillies.
  6. Prepare 1 tbspn of coriander leaves.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  8. It's 2 of -sprigs curry leaves.
  9. Prepare 1 of tspn ghee.
  10. It's of Water as required.
  11. It's to taste of Pink Himalayan salt.

  13. Prepare 1 tbspn of ghee.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  15. Prepare 1 of dry red chilli.

  1. Heat a pan,add 1tsp ghee or coconut oil,add cumin seeds,green chillies,byedgi chillies,curry leaves and saute for some seconds,add chopped tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft..
  2. Add grated coconut and saute for just 2mins and switch off d flame and keep aside to cool..
  3. In a mixie grinder add d sauted mixture with some salt and little water and grind to a fine paste...
  4. Add curd to it and grind again..
  5. Transfer d ground mixture in a big bowl,and adjust d consistency u prefer,nor too thick nor too thin..and add coriander leaves....
  6. Tempering:- Heat a tadka pan,add ghee and add all d tempering ingredients to it...Add this tempering over d Tambli and mix well..
  7. Tomato Tambli/tomato flavoured curd is ready to have with steam rice or consume it as a drink....
  8. Healthy Tambli is ready to serve..
